TASK:
to control the speed of the mixing of non-gumming ingredients into liquids, by introducing the ingredients directly into an emulsifier head, via a venturi or suction port.

USES:
the Venturi- Blender creates a vacuum to suck ingredients out of containers, (using a funnel or a lance) and dissolve them into a liquid. It is usually used where ingredients are poorly missable. eg: adding sugar to water to make a syrup.
