C.I.P SYSTEM

Our C.I.P expertise is an integral part of our Turnkey Project work. Each C.I.P system is designed and manufactured to the specific product and process requirements most suitable for the industry and facility requirements. Our key expertise at Anderson is quality, hygienic design and manufacture to small tolerances with minimal product wastage. We also offer GAMP documentation (including FAT, IQ and OQ).

TASK:
to clean processing vessels, pipes, pumps and related processing equipment. Cleaning of the equipment is undertaken by rinsing and washing with water or chemicals as may be to appropriate with temperature relevant to the processes.

FEATURES:
fully automated or manual systems are provided to our client’s requirements. CIP systems can be integrated into the processing plant.
