As Factory Manager your key responsibilities will be to lead and inspire a team of skilled boilermakers and artisans and to meet and exceed production targets while upholding our commitment to quality. To accomplish this, the successful individual should be well versed in the following management disciplines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Formal qualification
- Qualified artisan – Red seal Boilermaker Preferred
- and/or Mechanical engineering (diploma / degree)
- Minimum 5 years relevant management or supervisory experience.
