A Contramix Vessel used in the manufacture of shampoo, conditioner and dishwashing liquid at Quality Products

1. Engineering and design 2. Stainless Steel sheets joined and prepared for rolling 3. After rolling 4. Laser cut s/s sheet joined and formed into dished end 5. Assembly of major components i.e. dimple jacket, dished end and shell 6. Polishing internal surface of the vessel 7. Top prepared for fitting of nozzles and openings 8. Sub-assembly of vessel 9. Vessel jackets are pressure tested 10. Cladding fitted to vessel 11. Anchor stirrer fabricated and fitted to top dished end, ready for tank fitment 12. Vessel completed and ready for testing 13. Preparation for inspection and dispatch 14. View of anchor with scrapers inside of vessel 15. Finished product ready for packaging and transportation 16. After installation
