Expansion to Yoghurt Plant- Seychelles Marketing Board

The company was commissioned to design and build expansions to the existing yoghurt plant at the Seychelles Marketing Board, in the Seychelles. The requirement was for a 2000L/day capacity plant and the upgrade of the existing plant included the supply of a Powder Blending facility with improved hot water C.I.P System. Additional tanks for yoghurt fermentation and two new cup filling machines were supplied and an additional cold room storage to the extent of 40m was also installed. The equipment was installed in February and the installation, commissioning and training took approximately six weeks to complete. The plant was handed over to the client in March and is now running at full capacity.
